Built by athletes. Forged in 45.
Forge45 is a 60-minute athlete performance session made up of a 15-minute structured warm-up followed by a 45-minute strength & conditioning block — designed for athletes who train with intent.
The warm-up is not optional, and it’s not generic.
It’s built to prime the nervous system, mobilise joints, activate key muscle groups, and prepare the body for high-output work.
By the time the main session starts, you’re already switched on, moving well, and ready to perform.
The Forge45 Structure
15-Minute Athlete Warm-Up.
This is where Forge45 starts.
You’ll move through:
- Mobility and joint preparation
- Activation and stability work
- Movement pattern priming
- Light power and coordination drills
This reduces injury risk, improves performance, and ensures every athlete gets more out of the 45-minute training block that follows.
45-Minute Performance Block
Once warm, you enter the forge.
This is a structured circuit designed to build:
- Strength
- Power
- Speed
- Conditioning
- Mental resilience
Training is progressive, coach-led, and purposeful. No random exercises. No wasted reps. Every block is designed to build athletes week by week.
Why Forge45 Is Different
Forge45 isn’t a fitness class.
It’s an athlete development system.
It’s for:
- Boxers & fighters
- Footballers & rugby players
- Combat athletes
- Hybrid athletes
- Anyone who wants to train like an athlete, not just work out
Every Thursday, athletes come together to train properly — with structure, intensity, and intent.
