Forge45 is a 60-minute athlete performance session made up of a 15-minute structured warm-up followed by a 45-minute strength & conditioning block — designed for athletes who train with intent.

The warm-up is not optional, and it’s not generic.

It’s built to prime the nervous system, mobilise joints, activate key muscle groups, and prepare the body for high-output work.

By the time the main session starts, you’re already switched on, moving well, and ready to perform.
