About Boxing Fitness (60 Minutes)

Boxing Fitness is our signature evening class, built around real boxing training used to get fit, stay fit, and feel strong. This 60-minute session uses authentic boxing drills, pad work, bag work, footwork, and conditioning to deliver a complete full-body workout that improves fitness, coordination, and confidence.

Training is structured like a real boxing session – warm-up, technical work, combinations, conditioning, and finishers – giving you the benefits of boxing without sparring or contact. Every movement has a purpose, and every round pushes you forward.

This class runs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening, making it perfect for anyone who wants consistent, effective training that actually works.
