Ladies Only Boxing is a 60-minute non-contact boxing class designed exclusively for women who want to get fit, feel strong, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

This class uses real boxing training — pads, bags, footwork, combinations, and conditioning — but without sparring or pressure. Whether you’re brand new to boxing or returning to training, this session gives you the space to learn, move, and push yourself comfortably.

It’s about feeling strong in your body, clear in your mind, and confident in your movement.
